How to Use
1. Clean the skin (shower / wash) and pat dry.
2. Apply a liberal amount of the lotion over the body (or areas you want brightened / protected). Massage gently until fully absorbed.
3. Because it has SPF 45 protection, use it in the morning / before sun exposure. Reapply as needed if outdoors for long periods, after sweating, swimming, or wiping off. 
4. It can be used daily. For best results, make it part of your everyday skin & sun care routine.

⚠️ Cautions & What to Watch Out For
• Patch test first, especially if you have sensitive skin. While ingredients are generally good, brightening + sun protection formulations sometimes cause irritation for some users.
• Avoid contact with eyes; if you get lotion in eyes, rinse thoroughly.
• Because it has SPF and brightening agents, sufficient reapplication and additional sun‑protection (hat, shade) are recommended. UV exposure can undo brightening efforts.
• If irritation, rash, burning occurs, discontinue use.
• Some individuals report that strong fragrances or certain emollients may clog pores in acne‑prone skin, so use cautiously on face if you have sensitive or acne‑prone facial skin.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve stability of SPF ingredients.
