1. After shampooing, squeeze out excess water from hair.
2. Apply an adequate amount of the conditioner from mid-lengths to ends (you can also rub a little through roots if your hair is dry).
3. Leave it on for about 1 minute to allow active ingredients to work.
4. Rinse thoroughly.
5. For best results, use every time you wash your hair. Did some reviews note daily use for frizz control and repair.

• External use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If product gets into eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
• Patch test first, especially if you have sensitive scalp or allergies, since fragrance, silicones, oils may cause reactions.
• Do not apply on broken, irritated, or freshly treated scalp/hair (e.g., just after chemical processing) to avoid stinging or damage.
• Because of silicones (dimethicone, amodimethicone) there can be buildup over time — it might help to occasionally use a clarifying shampoo to reset.
• Store at room temperature; avoid extreme heat / direct sun to keep formula stable.
