General usage based on what’s advertised:
1. Dosage: One sachet (≈ 12 g) per day. 
2. Preparation: Empty one sachet into a cup. Use about 100‑120 mL hot water (or warm water) to dissolve. Mix thoroughly. 
3. When to take: Once daily. Some sources suggest taking before or after meals; others do not specify.
