How to Use
• Mix 4 scoops of the powder into about 150 mL of hot or cold water. (For the 500 g version) 
• Alternatively, for sachet versions: dissolve 1 sachet in 150 mL water. 
• Recommended to consume before meals for fullness/appetite suppression benefits. 
• It is low in calories (≈ 15 calories per serving) in its marketed form.
