How To Use

Steps to prepare & use:
1. Pour 150 mL of warm or cold water into a glass. 
2. Gradually add one sachet (21 g) of the powder. Add water first to help with dissolving evenly. 
3. Stir thoroughly until fully dissolved. 
4. Enjoy the drink. It can be consumed hot or cold / iced. 
5. Usage frequency: up to twice daily, preferably before meals.
