How to Use

Here’s how to prepare and enjoy it:
1. Use 150 mL of water (either warm or cold) in a glass. 
2. Gradually add one sachet of the powder. 
3. Stir thoroughly until the powder dissolves completely. 
4. Enjoy. Sip to unwind, ideally at times when you want to relax (evening or before bed).

Also, a note: it’s recommended to use mineral or distilled water because alkaline water may cause the milk component (flax milk) to curdle.
