How to Use
1. Use one 21 g sachet per serving. 
2. Pour 150 mL of warm or cold water into a glass first. 
3. Gradually add the powder, stirring to dissolve → mix thoroughly. 
4. Drink it as a wellness coffee‑drink. Can be enjoyed any time of day (with or without meals) depending on your tolerance to caffeine.

• Contains caffeine from Arabica Coffee → may affect those sensitive to caffeine, or late in the day could disrupt sleep.
• If pregnant, nursing, or with medical/health conditions, consult a physician first. 
• Allergies: check for any component like nuts, milk derivatives etc. Although it’s oat milk‑based, unsweetened white chocolate could have dairy or cross‑contamination. Read the packaging. 
• Use mineral or distilled water when preparing. Avoid alkaline water which might curdle the oat‑milk/white chocolate mix.
