Are your products authentic?

Yes, all of our products are 100% authentic. We source directly from verified suppliers and official distributors in the Philippines, Korea, Thailand, and other Asian countries.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we primarily ship within Canada, but we are working on expanding. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE Canada-wide shipping on all orders over $175 CAD (before taxes and discounts). Standard shipping rates apply to orders below that amount.

How long does shipping take?

Processing typically takes 1–2 business days, and delivery can take:

  • 2–7 business days within Canada (depending on location)
  • Tracking info will be sent once your order ships.


Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes! We offer HASSLE-FREE exchanges. If something doesn’t work for you, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll help you exchange the item or provide a store credit. Please note:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Some items (e.g., opened skincare) may not be eligible for hygienic reasons


How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also log into your account on our site to view order status.
