Refunds & Exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer $10 fee on returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email us at serenebeautyessence@gmail.com with you order ID and a picture of the items received.
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
Additional Information:
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- It within 5 business days to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit
- A $10 shipping return fee will be paid by the customer.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
